Planning permission has been granted for an extension to this bungalow in an idyllic location in The Glade in Fetcham.

“I commissioned Alex to produce plans for a rear extension on my house. It was important that the plans conformed to planning restrictions as I did not want to go through an appeals process. Alex listened to what I wanted, made some very useful suggestions and produced plans which were submitted to the council. Alex took care of all the paperwork involved while keeping me informed. Once planning permission was granted he dealt with the building regs application with the same promptness and attention to detail.
